PVC COATED RMC Conduit

Manufactured in accordance with ANSI C80.1, it is ideal for most corrosive environments, like chemical fertilizer plants, gas transmission lines, offshore platforms, water and waste treatment plant.

 

Manufacturing Process

The inside diameter as well as the thread of the Hot Dipped Galvanised conduit are sprayed with 2 mils of poly urethane. After preheating the conduit, it is rolled through liquid plastid, achieving complete coverage of 40 mils in thickness, without pinholes or bubbles.

NEW - FIRE SPRINKLE PIPE

REXWAY CPI Seamless Fire Sprinkle Pipe is made of carbon steel in accordance to the ASTM A53, A106 and UL852 standards.

  • Wall thickness can be either Schedule 40 or Schedule 80.
  • Sizes range from 1/2" to 14" for Schedule 40 and 1/2" to 8" for Schedule 80.
  • Finishing can be either black, painted or hot dip galvanized.
